Product Warranty Statement

Mates Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

To make a warranty claim, please sign into your account, look for “Claim Warranty” button, fill in the form. If the issue is covered by under warranty, we will replace the product at no charge.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or tampering with the product. It also does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

This is the sole and exclusive warranty for Mates Lifestyle Products. No other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply. In no event shall Mates Lifestyle be liable for any damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Mates Products."
